Terrace is strong economically and is a 'crossroads' town for much of our intra-provincial industry, with a regional airport, the intersection of major highways and railroads, and a significant amount of warehousing and storage all creating an industrial 'hub'. There is a new hospital under construction ($450m), roughly $4b of capital projects planned or underway in the region, and in recent years there has been consistently high housing demand, and consistently low vacancy.
