'Well-selected' is the key part of that quote... this is the stage of a property investor's journey that I focus on; finding, vetting, and capturing the property assets that become part of their portfolio. Researching the demographics, economic drivers, market conditions and more of niche markets is a key factor for me, but it's my networks and relationships, and the managing of them, that I'd say brings the most value and produces the best opportunities, for my clients.
I'm always either helping currently active clients look for specific opportunities, or searching out great opportunities that I'd love to see a client of mine capture... the latter is what the below selection is all about!
