BUYING

Buying well starts with the right questions

Clear advice, real comparables and calm negotiation, since 2003.

Buying a home in Vancouver is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make, and the best purchases I've seen start well before the first showing. I begin by listening: what you need now, what you'll need in five or ten years, and what you're comfortable carrying each month. Then I give you context on the neighbourhoods, building types and price points that fit.

When we find the right home, I'll show you how I'd value it, with real comparable sales and not just the list price.

Know exactly what you're buying

Before you commit, I'll walk you through what to check, whether that's a strata's finances, the inspection, or the terms of a leasehold at UBC or on Musqueam lands.

Then I negotiate on your behalf, calmly and firmly, with your number and your priorities front and centre.

Confident at closing

I've been doing this since 2003, mostly on the Westside. My goal is simple: when your purchase closes, you should feel confident in the decision you made and the advice you were given.
